Features of Surgical Treatment of Patients with Splenic Artery Aneurysms (Case Report and Literature Review)

Despite the insigniϐicant prevalence, aneurysms of splenicartery take a dominant share among all visceral with predominance morbidity in women childbearing age. Taking into account mostly asymptomatic course and high risk mortality due to its rupture, timely diagnosis correct treatment strategy remain extremely important. Questions regarding choice surgical tactics for patients this pathology debatable.
 The aim. Demonstration clinical case, improvement andsurgical splenic artery aneurysms.
 Clinical case. Female patient G., 32 years old, complaints periodic pain left hypochondrium, signs portal hypertension against background cavernous transformationof vein, history recurrent bleeding from esophageal veins, hypersplenism admitted pre-diagnosed aneurysm giant dimensions (diameter 8x5 cm). was qualified open surgery resection splenectomy spleen autotransplantation by N. Roth. postoperative period complicated occurrence reactive pancreatitis on day 7, which successfully treated conservatively. In future, unremarkable. remote follow-up lasted two years, no recurrence detected. performed immunogram showed normal results.
 Conclusion. makes it possible establish diagnosis, justify prevent fatal complications. Open intervention somecases remains method pathology. Autotransplantation has shown good long-term results can be category prevention immunodeficiency states.
